I purchased a pair of pants from lulu two days ago. I was told by one of the workers that I was purchasing a regular inseam length. When I took it home it was too short and after looking on line, she in fact was wrong, they were the short length. Purchasing from an outlet I am unable to return them. I asked to speak with a MALE manager who REFUSED to provide his first name. I asked to speak to his boss and was told that he was as high up as I could go. He was not willing to help me after being mis informed by his workers and he was exceptionally rude.

The store was widely spaced and had a large womens section and a small/medium sized mens section. Their sizes went from 0-20 though I noticed that the smaller sizes were priced higher than their larger sizes (ie. $59 for a 2 size align leggings vs $29 for a size 18 align leggings) I also noticed that the smaller sizes had more printed bottoms and the larger sizes had more of a mix of solids and prints. it was fairly clean throughout the whole store. I didn’t find any scuba hoodies which I was looking forward to but nonetheless I left with 4 things for around $200. I’m pleased and would love to come here again. (I didn’t get a good picture of the dressing room but it’s quite spacious and I don’t believe they cap the amount you can try on [I saw someone try on 12 items])

I am now engaged on workout and when I first started it this is the particular brand where I bought clothes for my workouts. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive but when I used it, I realized that it was worth it because first, it has a lovely design and nice color, second, the quality is definitely great and lastly is that it is super comfortable to use that is such a really great feeling. Recently, I visited the brand store on this location and it is my first time to go in this brand's store location and it is the same with the store near my place. It is clean and well-organized. The items are pretty much the same and I love the selection of tights in here. I only have neutral colors and I bought the colorful ones. Their fitting room is clean as well. Prices are fair, reasonable and definitely worth it. They have a lot of selection and items and it seems fully stocked. There is a variety of wonderful options and I take my time on choosing which I would buy. It is a bit hard choosing because everything is lovely and interested. Also, the staff is friendly, helpful and especially knowledgeable which is really great. I just basically love this store!

I am really amazed with this place! I really love their items and the quality. They have so many choices of clothes, for sports, workouts, casual, and others. Their variety and selection are really interesting. Their place is so huge, their interior is really interesting, and they have a great atmosphere. Once you visit you will absolutely feel welcomed and relaxed. They will greet you when you enter the place, show a big smile to you, and even assist you while finding and getting all the things you need. Their staff is really helpful, friendly, nice, and decent. They all know how to properly talk and treat the customers so well. All of them are working so fast and quick. Outstanding service. This place is very convenient. Their location is very accessible, it is so easy to find, and they are also near to other well-known and most visited places around the area. Lululemon is exceptional! I really love their items and service. I would really love to go back here again soon when I had my free time. Will going to buy some of their quality clothes and other items.
